Toast For Hope was wonderful!

Toast for Hope was a huge success, raising $110,000!!  It was a wonderful evening with 225 guests joining us at the Newport Car Barn. Throughout the night, guests enjoyed food stations (catered by The Delish Dish), an open bar, games, raffles, and amazing music by Floyd Live! w/Don Gauck. The Joe Pfeffer Award was presented to Teresa Conway for being such an important person in Maysville’s journey to become the nation’s first Green Dot city. The evening’s highest honor, the Icon Award, was presented to Sheila Lewis.  Sheila’s invaluable guidance and expertise have been a guiding force for the agency for many years, but she was instrumental in crafting and creating the rebrand to The Ion Center for Violence Prevention. It was a wonderful night filled with celebration in honor of all of those that have walked through the The Ion Center’s doors, the staff that continue making a difference, and all of those that support our cause and mission. Thanks to all of those that attended, donated, and supported Toast for Hope! Our agency couldn’t do this important work without you!
